There are 25 cartoons all new to Blu-Ray and DVD, covering the 1930s to 1960s. Per the Extras podcast and Facebook, we released info for Volume 3. Punch Trunk and Riff Raffy Daffy were released on DVD Previously It was released on Golden Collection Volume Five restored, and this series is covering shorts that weren't released on DVD restored or at all. The Iceman Ducketh (also on DVD but cropped into widescreen)įive of those I could definitely see being on later Volumes, but I'm not sure about the other six The Goofy Gophers (only a cameo, but still.) I believe these are now the eleven Bugs shorts not on physical media restored or at all: I would rate the Japanese version slightly higher then the Noble one.I'm thrilled about this selection especially Elmer's Pet Rabbit, Mexican Joyride, Cinderella Meets Fella, Egghead Rides Again, and China Jones! I do find it interesting that there are four Bugs Bunny shorts though, I was honestly expecting that they would release only two per volume to keep the unreleased Bugs shorts stretched out for as many volumes as they could as the first two Volumes had two each. It is cheaply made but for the price I will not complain too muchĪ very short chain and the links look large I know others have complained about how stiff their’s was. Thinner rings compared to the Japanese one but still thicker then the propīetter middle section where the stars are The rings are stiff to turn when you first get it The middle section is cast and looks rough The middle section with all the stars look like a photo etched item as it was fairly thin and the stars were well defined.īetter hourglass compared to the Noble one I do not remember if the words around the outside were engraved or not. I guess to make the piece more durable for sale the rings were made thicker. I recall thinking how delicate the prop looked. ![]() I noticed that the rings on the real prop were fairly thin compared to the ones offered for sale. Of course no photographs were allowed at the exhibit so I have to go by memory of what I saw. I got interested in the Time Turner after seeing the traveling HP Prop exhibit and seeing the actual prop The Japanese version I got off ebay and the Noble Collection one I just got from WB as they had a restock. I did finally get both the Japanese version and the Noble collection one. ![]()
